Non-woven fabric products are ubiquitous in our daily lives, and the market for these products is flourishing. When purchasing non-woven fabric machinery, it is crucial to consider product quality; furthermore, understanding the operating principles of this equipment is essential.

Do you know the operating principles behind non-woven fabric machinery?

In a non-woven bag-making machine, a feeder delivers powder material into the hopper located above the packaging unit, with the feed rate regulated by a photoelectric positioning system. A roll of sealing paper is guided through rollers to a collar-style former; after being folded, it is overlapped into a tubular shape by a longitudinal sealer. Once the material is automatically measured and filled into the formed tube, a transverse sealer performs heat sealing and cutting while intermittently pulling the tube downward. This process creates a flat, three-side-sealed bag with an overlapped longitudinal seam. These machines are capable of processing packaging bags of various sizes, thicknesses, and materials, though plastic packaging bags remain the primary product.

There is a wide variety of non-woven fabrics, each differing in quality and functionality. Therefore, paying close attention to equipment quality is vital when making a purchase. We are confident that the non-woven machinery industry has a bright future ahead.
