1. The machine must be managed by designated personnel; operation by anyone other than the assigned operator is prohibited.

2. Ensure the hot press is free of extraneous items, and that the work surface and surrounding area are clean.

3. Take care to protect electrical control wiring; check power switch connections for looseness to prevent poor contact.

4. Inspect the locking nuts on pressure-regulating valves and check other bolts and nuts on the machine for looseness.

5. Check the oil lines for any signs of leakage.

6. Before the initial test run of a new axial piston pump—or before restarting one after a prolonged shutdown—clean hydraulic fluid must be added through the fill port. The cleanliness of the hydraulic fluid is critical to the proper functioning of the hydraulic system; the introduction of impurities, moisture, or air into the fluid is strictly prohibited.

7. Apply an even layer of external mold release agent to the surface to prevent resin contamination on the template during the pressing process and to ensure a high-quality surface finish.

Do not alter parameters such as conveyor belt speed, unloading speed, or timing without authorization. Unauthorized modification of hydraulic piping or electrical wiring is strictly prohibited. Do not adjust valve handwheels or open the hydraulic tank or air filter cap without authorization; such tasks must be performed by qualified personnel. A cooling system must be used when the temperature inside the hydraulic oil tank exceeds 50°C. Select hydraulic oil with higher viscosity for summer operation and lower viscosity for winter operation. If the temperature in the hydraulic oil tank reaches 65°C, ensure the temperature of the hydraulic pump casing does not exceed 75–85°C; otherwise, operation must be halted.

During production, pay close attention to cleaning the press platens. Prevent oil, debris, or metal objects from falling onto the platen surfaces, as this could cause serious accidents resulting in damaged platens or defective boards.
