A hot press is a device designed to join two pre-tinned, flux-coated components by heating them until the solder melts and flows; upon solidification, this creates a secure electrical and mechanical connection. Heating rates can be selected to suit different products. The titanium alloy bonding head ensures uniform temperature distribution, rapid heating, and an exceptionally long service life. The bonding head features an adjustable leveling design to guarantee even pressure application across the components. Temperature control is digital, ensuring clarity and precision, and a digital pressure gauge is included to allow for preset pressure ranges.
Utilizing advanced control technology, the machine automates the entire processing cycle—including table entry and elevation, heating, vacuum application, membrane pressing, membrane release, and table lowering. Powered primarily by hydraulic pressure and compressed air, the system requires an adequate air supply; the machine frame is constructed from precision-machined steel plate, ensuring a robust and rational structure. It features a dual-table design that allows for either cyclic or independent operation. The vacuum process can be adjusted for a two-stage sequence (initial low-pressure suction followed by high-pressure suction), and the membrane pressing pressure can reach 0.4 MPa, allowing for fine-tuning to achieve optimal product results.

This machine is used for forming the raised and recessed surfaces of various PC, PVC, and PET membrane switches, replacing traditional cold stamping. It achieves one-time molding with no waste, receiving consistent praise from domestic and international customers. It can also be used for cutting and slitting various mobile phone and remote control buttons, plastic products; cutting protective films for digital products or computer LCD screens; precision cutting and halving of various self-adhesive labels and trademarks; and for hot pressing other metals (non-metals), such as flexible circuit board pressing, computer heat sink copper pipes, and various non-metallic welding. The hot-pressed parts of the switches can be used for other assembly and stamping applications.
