Main Features:

The production line of latex mattress is mainly composed of numerical control rubber scraper, steam curing setting drying room, three-way washing water pressure roller group and three-layer drying room.

② Steam direct injection curing setting drying room, inside and outside the drying room all stainless steel assembly, latex curing fast in high package and humidity drying room, good elasticity.

③ Three washes remove impurities and odor, restore latex natural flavor.

④ The three-layer drying room can reduce the floor space and is environmentally friendly, energy-saving and efficient.

⑤ Thickness, speed, width, temperature, humidity and air volume can be automatically controlled by man-machine interface.
