The hot press machine is a device that heats two pre-fluxed, tinned components to a temperature sufficient to melt and flow the solder; upon solidification, this creates a permanent electrical and mechanical connection between the components and the solder. Heating rates can be selected to suit different products. The titanium alloy bonding head ensures uniform temperature distribution, rapid heating, and an exceptionally long service life. The bonding head features an adjustable leveling design to ensure even pressure application across the components. Temperature control is digital, offering clear and precise operation, and a digital pressure gauge is included to allow for preset pressure ranges.

Employing advanced control technology, the machine can automatically complete the processing steps of table feeding, lifting, heating, vacuuming, membrane pressing, demolding, and lowering through adjustments. It primarily uses hydraulic and compressed air power, thus requiring sufficient air pressure and volume. The frame is constructed from a single piece of steel plate, with a rational overall structure. The two worktables can be used in rotation or independently. The vacuum can be adjusted to first apply low pressure and then high pressure for adsorption; the membrane pressure can reach 0.4 MPa. Adjustments can be made to achieve the desired product effect.
