Working Principle:
Materials are distributed by a feeder and spread evenly onto a continuously moving mesh belt, which is driven by a chain to move slowly through the drying chamber. Driven by a centrifugal fan, hot air circulates in a laminar flow pattern across the material layers within the chamber, passing through heat exchangers, convection walls, and air ducts. The hot, dry air absorbs moisture from the material and transforms into warm, humid air, which is then exhausted outdoors. As moisture is removed, the material gradually dries; the speed of the mesh belt can be adjusted according to the material's moisture content, and the dried finished product is continuously discharged into the collection unit.
