Hot press

Product Name:

Hot Press Machine

Product Details:

Applications:

Hot press machines are widely used for product finishing, flattening and smoothing the material while setting its shape to achieve the desired thickness and surface finish. They can also be equipped with patterned rollers to impart specific textures to the product.

Material Selection:

High-quality steel (custom-made special alloy steel produced in collaboration with steel mills).

Manufacturing Process:

Involves multiple advanced processing steps—including conditioning, precision inner-bore boring, welding, annealing, precision turning, medium-frequency heat treatment, grinding, surface treatment (chrome plating or nano-ceramic coating), regrinding, and mirror polishing—to ensure a smooth, precision finish.

Main Specifications:

  • Machine Types: 2-roll, 3-roll, 2-roll with cold press, 3-roll with cold press, 6-roll hot press (two high-density silicone rollers, two heated rollers, two cooling rollers).

  • Roll Width: 1.5m – 8m.

  • Roll Diameter: Standard Φ400, Φ420, Φ500 (customizable Φ155 – 600mm).

  • Wall Thickness: Standard 40mm, 50mm (customizable 16mm – 55mm).

  • Operating Temperature: Ambient to 250°C.

  • Roll Surface Temperature Uniformity: ±1°C.

  • Pressure Roll Radial Runout: ≤0.03mm – 0.05mm.

  • Linear Speed: 5 – 50m/min.

Heating Method:

Electric heating or external thermal oil heating.

Pressing Method:

Hydraulic cylinder, pneumatic cylinder, integrated manual/electric system, or manual lifting via speed reducer.

Structural Features:

Structure:

Comprises high-precision hot press rolls, a unitary frame (no special foundation required), water-cooled bearing housings (ensuring low-temperature bearing operation), versatile lifting mechanisms, a variable-frequency drive system, and a control unit.

Features:

The hot press rolls are manufactured from custom seamless special alloy steel tubing; after undergoing multiple processing stages, the surface hardness reaches HRC 65° (resistant to needle indentation marks). The roller features a nano-ceramic coating and is designed to be non-stick against materials such as hot-melt cotton and polypropylene; the surface undergoes mirror polishing, achieving a surface finish grade of 12. Gap, temperature, and speed settings feature digital displays and automatic control, with a temperature variance of ±1°C across the left, center, and right sections of the roller surface.
