Structural Features:
Structure:
Composed of high-precision hot calendering rolls, an integrated frame (no special foundation required), water-cooled bearing housings (ensuring low-temperature bearing operation), versatile lifting mechanisms, a variable-frequency drive system, and a control unit.
Features:
The hot calendering rolls are made from high-efficiency heat-transfer seamless tubing; after multi-stage processing, they feature uniform wall thickness and a smooth surface. Surfaces can be Teflon-coated (non-stick for materials like hot-melt cotton and polypropylene) or chrome-plated with a mirror-polished finish (achieving a Grade 12 surface finish). Gap, temperature, and speed settings feature digital displays and automatic control. Temperature uniformity across the roll surface (left, center, right) is maintained within ±1°C.
