① Chain Track: Rongfa’s proprietary vertical chain track system with a vertical drive mechanism for automatic tentering and setting.
② Edge Guiding: Uses far-infrared edge tracking with ball-screw adjustment; features automatic pinning and unpinning.
③ Control System: Speed, width, temperature, humidity, and airflow are all automatically controlled via an HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
④ High Thermal Efficiency: Oven temperature can rise from ambient to 220°C within 30 minutes; equipped with a residual heat recovery system for the oven, ensuring high efficiency and energy savings.
Production Process Flow:
Fabric Unwinding → Fabric Accumulation → Coating (Backing, Spraying, Knife Coating, or Impregnation) → Tentering & Setting → Hot Pressing/Smoothing → Air Cooling → Fabric Accumulation → Slitting & Edge Trimming → Fully Automatic Cutting & Stacking (or Combined Winding).
