Key Features:

The production line primarily consists of a CNC latex coating/spreading machine, a vulcanization and setting oven, and a slitting and winding machine.

① Foam coating machine: Fully automatic CNC operation.

② Hot air convection circulation: Vulcanization, setting, and drying are completed in a single pass, ensuring rapid vulcanization and excellent elasticity.

③ Parameters such as thickness, speed, width, temperature, humidity, and airflow are automatically controlled via an HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
