The mesh-belt dryer is suitable for producing materials such as high-temperature flue gas filtration nonwovens, PK cotton, furniture padding, bra cup padding, and mask materials.

Key Features:
① The drying chamber utilizes a Teflon mesh belt.
② Mesh belt edge tracking: Uses through-beam far-infrared sensors for tracking; edge correction is achieved via an electric motor and ball screw mechanism.
③ Hot air convection circulation ensures high thermal efficiency and uniform temperature within the drying chamber; product softness/hardness and thickness can be adjusted as required.
④ Speed, width, temperature, humidity, and airflow are all automatically controlled via an HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
Production Process Flow:
Unwinding unit → U-shaped fabric storage trough → Two-roll inclined padder → Doctor blade coater → Adhesive coater → Drying chamber → Fabric storage unit → Winding unit.
