Applications:
The foam-impregnated non-woven fabric production line is used for medical non-wovens, chef hats, interlinings (including those for embroidery), filter fabrics, cable wrapping fabrics, embroidery packaging materials, and polyester non-wovens.
Main Specifications:
Product width: 1500–4000 mm
Heating temperature: Ambient to 220°C
Heat source: External thermal oil heat exchange, direct-fired natural gas, or external hot air.
Line speed: 15–60 m/min
Heat consumption: 200,000–400,000 kcal/section
Product thickness: 0.5–5 mm
Key Features:
① The drying oven utilizes a Teflon-coated mesh belt.
② Mesh belt edge tracking: Uses through-beam far-infrared sensors for tracking; edge correction is achieved via an electric motor and ball screw mechanism.
③ Hot air convection circulation ensures high thermal efficiency and uniform temperature within the oven; product softness/hardness and thickness can be adjusted as required.
④ Speed, width, temperature, humidity, and airflow are all automatically controlled via an HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
⑤ The thermal calendering roller assembly is Teflon-coated to prevent adhesion of glue or paste.
Production Process:
Coating machine → Edge correction unit → Drying oven → Thermal calendering roller assembly → Fabric accumulator → Three-roll winding machine
