Key Features:

① The machine utilizes a multi-stage impregnation process and a vertical, non-contact far-infrared setting and drying unit.

② The hot calendering roller assembly is coated with Teflon (non-stick) to facilitate rapid evaporation of water vapor.

③ It features a staggered upper-and-lower air duct design with lateral air circulation; this saves floor space while extending the material's drying time for high efficiency.

Production Process Flow:

Fabric Unwinding Stand → Sizing Machine → Infrared Dryer → Washing Tanks (×2) → Hot Calendering Roller Assembly → Fabric Accumulator → Drying Oven → Fabric Accumulator → Winding Machine.
