Application:
The 3D synthetic fiber dryer is designed for the heat-setting and drying of cotton and synthetic fibers.
Main Specifications:
Product width: 1500–3500 mm
Heating temperature: Ambient to 220°C
Heat source: Direct-fired natural gas, thermal oil heat exchange, or external hot air
Line speed: 5–20 m/min
Heat consumption: 200,000–400,000 kcal/h
Product thickness: 100–200 mm
Key Features:
① Stacked three-layer drying chamber design: energy-efficient, compact footprint, and high thermal efficiency.
② Features include self-lubricating internal ball-bearing chain tracks, leak-proof mesh plates, integrated side-panel drive systems, and complete separation of hot and cold drying zones (eliminating energy waste from reheating cooled air).
③ High-velocity airflow system with top-blowing and bottom-suction for deep thermal penetration.
④ Waste heat recovery: residual heat from the lower-humidity rear section is channeled to the initial section for pre-heating.
⑤ Automatic control of speed, width, temperature, humidity, and airflow via an HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
Production Process:
Infeed platform → Fiber-agitating roller → Pre-heating chamber → 3D thermal drying chamber → Air-cooling chamber.
