The latex mattress production line primarily consists of a CNC latex spreading machine, a steam vulcanization and setting oven, a three-stage washing and roller-pressing unit, and a three-layer drying oven.

① Foam spreading machine: Fully automatic CNC operation.

② Steam vulcanization and setting oven: Constructed with stainless steel panels inside and out; high-humidity steam vulcanization ensures rapid curing and excellent elasticity.

③ Three-stage washing: Removes impurities and odors, restoring the natural scent of the latex.

④ Three-layer stacked drying oven: Saves floor space while offering eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and high-efficiency performance.

⑤ Automated control: Thickness, speed, width, temperature, humidity, and airflow are all automatically controlled via an HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
