Key Features:
① Chain track: Rongfa’s proprietary vertical chain track and vertical drive mechanism enable automatic tentering and heat setting.
② Edge tracking: Uses far-infrared edge detection and ball-screw adjustment for precise tracking, along with automatic pin-on and pin-off functions.
③ Process parameters: Speed, width, temperature, humidity, and airflow are all automatically controlled via an HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
④ High thermal efficiency: The oven temperature can rise from ambient to 220°C within 30 minutes; features residual heat recovery for the oven, ensuring high efficiency and energy savings.
Production Process Flow:
Fabric unwinding → Fabric accumulation → Coating (adhesive application, backing, spraying, scraping, or dipping) → Tentering and heat setting → Hot pressing/smoothing → Air cooling → Fabric accumulation → Slitting and edge trimming → Fully automatic cutting and stacking → Or combined winding unit.
